Originally from Sydney, Australia, Britt began her career working as a sittings editor on early issues of Carine Roitfeld's magazine, The CR Fashion Book, in New York City. She later worked as a fashion editor for i-D Magazine, establishing its Australian office where she oversaw brand partnerships, led the fashion team and contributed to the UK print edition.

Britt began her freelance career shortly after and quickly established herself as a sought after fashion director and stylist. Her work has been featured on the covers of publications including Teen Vogue, Glamour, Variety, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, S Mag, Paper and Wonderland.

Her client list includes Lola Tung, Michael J. Fox, Constance Wu, Sydney Sweeney, Sadie Sink, Tracee Ellis Ross, Demi Lovato, Natasha Lyonne and The Killers. Additionally, Britt’s work includes campaigns for major brands including L'Oréal, Coach, Chanel, Google and Spotify.
